So Sorry about the lack of posts again......
things have been crazier than I thought!
Last week while we were waiting/getting ready to go, BOTH of our girls got really bad colds.
Then.....on Friday we discovered they both had strep.
Fun, fun, fun at the McDonald Casa!
So, we left on Monday in whirlwind (that's why no post), and arrived in Russia on Tues. at almost midnite (with no plans for today, of course).
Then we ended up sleeping for almost 12 hours!!
Jetlag. is. crazy.
We are 10 hours ahead here in Kaliningrad, so it's 6pm as I write, but only 8am at home.
There was crazy snow when we transfered planes in Moscow, but not as much here since we are so close to the Baltic Sea.
But still pretty chilly :)
We get to go see our little girl tomorrow and for the next few days after till our court date.
We are excited to see if she's grown and a little more mobile than last time,
but more importantly.....
We get to see our little girl!!!
Ta ta for now, and we'll try to get some pics tomorrow when it's light out

Will she be coming home with you this time? (I have a friend who adopted 2 years ago and I remember a tremendous amount of red tape and back/forth trips.) Have Fun! :)

I hope you enjoy Russia! It is one of my favorite places in the world...and not only since my husband is from there and my girls have Russian in thier blood. Cannot wait to see pics of your new little girl. I really respect what you are doing. So many kids over there are just dying to be in good families. you are in our thoughts!

Being raised on bad telly dramas, I kinda anticipate a bad twist... but hey, wha's telly anyway? It is about time that little princess gets to go home with her new mommy, daddy and siblings to start her life anew.
